The smartest thing we did was to go with EV. Heather was prompt and knowledgeable in responding to a myriad of questions we had about the market and comparables. She found and scheduled contractors, cleaners and handymen to make needed repairs to the property so we could list the home sooner and sell it at a great price. Heather even gave us suggestions on small fixes and touch-ups that would make the home more desirable.
